People with hyperparathyroidism or chronic kidney disease should only take Calcium supplements under medical supervision. Calcium supplementation is contraindicated in hypercalcaemia. Those with sarcoidosis should not take Vitamin D without consulting a physician. Vitamin K2 is not to be taken by those on blood thinning medication.
